Carrie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years clinical experience helping youth/families and adults walk through their struggles to find hope, peace, joy, and authenticity. Carrie utilizes a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Brainspotting to work collaboratively to help others achieve their goals.
Carrie is a Redding Native who eventually returned to Redding after earning a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacific University in Portland, OR. Carrie has worked in a variety of settings including out-patient clinics, in-patient psychiatric hospital, emergency rooms, and in private practice.
Carrie enjoys spending time outdoors running, cycling, hiking and kayaking with her family.
